Send us the links today: sellers on Mercari usually ship within 2–3 days, so items often reach our Ginza desk in time. Tell us the date you leave Japan, and we will tell you before you pay whether your items can make it. If they can’t, we won’t take the order. Ginza pickup is the fastest way to receive them, and hotel delivery the next.

- Send links before you fly: paste the Mercari or Yahoo! Auctions item URLs and your travel dates.
- Get a quote: item price + our fee + delivery, usually within 1 business day.
- Pay by card: we buy only after payment.
- We buy and receive: sellers ship to our Ginza desk. If you choose authentication, brand items go to Mercari’s authentication center first.
- Pick up: at your hotel, Haneda/Narita Airport, or Ginza. If you’ve already left Japan, we ship it by EMS.

How much time do you need?
Sellers on Mercari and Yahoo! Auctions take 2–7 days to ship, and authentication adds 1–3 days. If you are ordering before your trip, please order at least 10 days before the date you want to receive your items. If you are already in Japan, a shorter time is often possible — send us the links and we will check the actual item and tell you honestly before you pay.
