Staying at an Airbnb, moving between cities, or short on time? Collect your Mercari and Yahoo! Auctions items at the airport on the day you fly home, then pack them in your luggage or carry them on board.
How airport pickup works
- Send us the item links, your flight number, departure date and time, and which airport (Haneda or Narita).
- We buy the items and receive them at our Ginza desk.
- We send them by Yamato Airport TA-Q-BIN to the delivery counter in the departure lobby.
- You pick them up at the counter before check-in, showing your passport and the claim tag we send you.
Fee
A fixed delivery charge based on the size of the parcel, from ¥1,760 for a size 60 parcel. See all prices.
Things to know
- Allow extra time at the airport for pickup and repacking.
- Check your airline’s rules first. Some items, such as lithium batteries and sprays, are restricted in checked or carry-on baggage.
- Please order at least 10 days before your departure date.
- Airports other than Haneda and Narita (for example, Kansai): please ask us.
