Before we buy: you may cancel. We refund everything except the 10% handling and payment fee. After we buy: we can cancel only if the seller agrees. You pay any shipping costs, including return shipping to the seller. We refund what the seller returns to us, minus these costs. The 10% fee is not refundable. Auctions you have won cannot be cancelled. Sold out, or failed Mercari authentication: refunded as described in Authentication & Returns. The 10% fee is not refundable. After you receive your items: no returns or exchanges, except when we sent the wrong item. Please contact us within 24 hours. |
