Order deadline
Please order at least 10 days before the date you want to receive your items (check-in date, departure date or Ginza pickup date). Orders placed later may not arrive in time. If that’s the case, we’ll tell you before you pay.
Items we can’t buy
- Alcohol, tobacco and e-cigarettes
- Medicines, supplements with restricted ingredients, and medical devices
- Knives, swords, weapons, replica guns and ammunition
- Items suspected to be counterfeit
- Gift cards, vouchers, tickets and anything that works like cash
- Live animals and plants, and fresh or perishable food
- Adult content, and anything illegal in Japan or in your country
- Items listed as “for a specific buyer” or that require negotiating with the seller
Items with restrictions
- Lithium batteries, power banks, sprays and aerosols: we can buy them, but airlines and EMS restrict them. Please check before ordering.
- Large or heavy items: may not be accepted by hotels or airport counters.
- Auctions: tell us your maximum bid. If we win, the order can’t be cancelled.
- Trading cards (Pokémon, One Piece and others): pickup in Japan only (Ginza, your hotel or the airport). We cannot ship trading cards overseas by EMS.
